Scotch and Soda is a mixed drink consisting of scotch and soda/sparkling water. Note there is no fixed ratio of the ingredients and there can be served with or without ice.

Ingredients

• 1 part Scotch
• 2 part soda

Directions

1. Pour 2 parts of soda and 1 part scotch into a tumbler.
2. Add Ice (optional).
