  • 2 pieces Dayak onions
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon honey
Dayak Onion Tea

Directions

  1. Peel and slice the Dayak onions into thin pieces.
  2. Boil 2 cups of water in a pot and add the sliced Dayak onions.
  3. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the water turns reddish.
  4. Strain the tea into a cup and let it cool slightly.
  5. Add honey to taste, and serve warm.
