- 7 l white wine (like Picpoul de Pinet)
- 1 bottle Champagne (or a sparkling wine)
- 1 kg sugar
- 5 yellow lemons
- 3 limes
Directions
- Marinate 24 hours in advance the wine, lemon juice and sugar.
- Just before serving add the lime cut into small pieces and the champagne.
