A sweet and bubbly fall brunch cocktail garnished with a cinnamon sugar rim and apple slice. Recipe makes two drinks.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz apple cider
  • 8 oz brut champagne
  • 2 oz brandy
  • 2 slice apple
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
Apple Cider Mimosa

Directions

  1. Rim the glasses: Mix together cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl. Wet the exterior edges of the glasses (ideally champagne flutes) with apple cider. Then tap the wet edges in the cinnamon and sugar mixture.
  2. Pour 1 oz brandy and 2 oz apple cider into each glass.
  3. Top each glass with 4 oz of chilled champagne.
  4. Garnish with apple slices and serve.
