Immune Boosting Smoothie
A tasty green smoothie to boost your immune system

- 1 apple
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 handful spinach
- 1 piece ginger

Directions
- Wash and cut the apple, banana and spinach. Then mix them in a blender.
- Squeeze the lemon and add the juice, together with the ginger into the blender.
- Pour into a glass and top with a pinch of cinnamon.
