Ingredients

  • 1 peeled banana
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 tbsp wheat germ
Blueberry Banana Smoothie

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Optionally, add a tablespoon of flax seed oil, if desired.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
