Blueberry Banana Smoothie

- 1 peeled banana
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tbsp orange juice
- 1 tbsp wheat germ
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Optionally, add a tablespoon of flax seed oil, if desired.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
