A berry smoothie with added oats and flaxseeds to help you feel filler for longer!

Ingredients

  • 25 g Rolled oats
  • 150 ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 75 g blackberries
  • 75 g blueberries
  • 2 tsp flaxseeds
Berry and Oat Smoothie

Directions

  1. Put the oats into the blender and pour in the milk.
  2. Leave to sit for five minutes.
  3. Add the honey, blueberries, blackberries and ground flaxseeds and blitz until smooth.
