Ingredients

  • 1/2 wine glass yellow chartreuse wine
  • 1 yolk egg
  • 1/2 wine glass Danziger Goldwasser
  • 1 oz lemon juice
Golden Slipper

Directions

  1. Make sure all ingredients are chilled
  2. Pour the Danziger Goldwasser first
  3. Pour the chartreuse yellow second
  4. Separate the chilled egg yolk from the white, then without breaking it drop gently into the wine glass
  5. Add the lemon juice
