Dayak Onion Tea
A traditional herbal tea made from Dayak onions, known for its medicinal properties and unique flavor.

- 2 pieces Dayak onions
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon honey

Directions
- Peel and slice the Dayak onions into thin pieces.
- Boil 2 cups of water in a pot and add the sliced Dayak onions.
- Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the water turns reddish.
- Strain the tea into a cup and let it cool slightly.
- Add honey to taste, and serve warm.
