A tasy Ayurvedic summer cooler made using muskmelon,jaggery and green cardamom

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Chopped muskmelon
  • 2 cup cold water
  • 6 tablespoon powdered jaggery
  • 1 pinch cardamom powder
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice
Muskmelon Panaka

Directions

  1. In a blender add half of the chopped muskmelon and the powdered jaggery
  2. Blend the mixture until it's completely mashed
  3. Add cold water, lime juice and cardamom powder
  4. Blend the mixture again till everything gets mixed
  5. Water and jaggery can be adjusted based on personal preference
  6. Strain the blended mixture into a jar and add the remaining half of chopped muskmelon
  7. Serve chilled
