Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons loose leaf jasmine tea leaves
  • 4 tablespoons half-and-half
  • 200 ml boiling water
  • 1.5 tablespoons honey
  • 200 ml ice
Jasmine Milk Tea

Directions

  1. Put the tea leaves into a tea infuser (or anything else that works)
  2. Bring water to a boil
  3. Steep the tea leaves for 8-10 minutes
  4. Remove the tea leaves (and infuser if used)
  5. Add the half-and-half
  6. Add the honey
  7. Pour the tea over the ice
  8. Enjoy
