To add to the enjoyment also mixed with a little ginger, salt and vanilla powder. This hot beverage is usually sold using a stove provided. Bajigur is best for drinking during cold and wet weather after rain. Foods that are often served with bajigur are boiled bananas, boiled yams, or boiled peanuts.
