- ice
- 2 dashes simple syrup
- 2 ounces French Champagne
- 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1 ounce gin

Directions
- Combine gin, syrup and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled Champagne glass.
- Top up with Champagne and stir gently.
