A sweet quebecois/french-canadian take on a Negroni.

- 1.5 oz Gin
- 1 oz Campari
- 2 oz White Beer
- Orange peel

Directions
- Combine the spirits into a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass filled halfway with ice.
- Fill rest of Rocks Glass with White Beer.
- Garnish with an orange peel.
