A surprising floral cocktail based on gin, citrus, elderflower, homemade apricot jam and ouzo

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Gin
  • 0.5 oz Saint Germain
  • 0.5 oz Ouzo
  • 1 oz Lime Green
  • 2 teaspoon Homemade apricot jam
  • 1 unite Fresh thyme
Thyme to kill

Directions

  1. Mix with ice cubes using a shaker, strain in a small bowl, perfume with 1/2 sprays of bergamot.
  2. Glassware: Cup.
  3. Thyme and candied apricot filling.
