Marpha is a fermented mash of fresh apples of Mustang, Nepal which falls in the category of fruit brandy. Marpha is a colorless but a potent alcoholic drink from Marpha, Mustang, Nepal which has gained popularity for it's freshness and super quality.

Ingredients

  • 5 kilos Apples
  • 1/2 cup Khesung(source of molds, bacteria and yeast)

Directions

  1. First you collect fresh apples, primarily from Mustang.
  2. You then ferment the apples on a large container.
  3. You ferment the drinks for around 3 months
  4. Add Khesung
  5. Now pour the drink into a jar and let is rest and cool.
  6. The drink is now ready to be served.
