This creamy after-dinner cocktail is an adaptation of a gin-based cocktail named the Bee’s Knees. Originally from the Ritz Bar in Paris (1936).

- 40 ml white rum
- 30 ml cream
- 2 tsp honey
- nutmeg
Directions
- Combine ingredients in a shaker and shake with ice until chilled.
- Fine strain into a cocktail glass.
- Garnish with grated nutmeg.
