  • 1/8 cup soaked deskinned almonds
  • 1/2 cup chopped bananas
  • 3/4 cup chilled cow's milk
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 piece deseeded dates
Almond Banana Smoothie

Directions

  1. To make almond banana smoothie combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend till smooth and frothy.
  2. Pour equal quantities of the almond banana smoothie into 4 individual glasses.
  3. Serve the almond banana smoothie immediately.
