A smoothie that bites back!

Ingredients

  • 50 g Spinach or Kale
  • 10 g Ground Ginger
  • 30 g Peanut Butter
  • 10 g Ground Flax/Linseed
  • 200 g Banana, ripe
  • 50 g Blueberries
  • 300 ml Almond/Coconut Milk
Savage Banana Soup

Directions

  1. Put spinach/kale in bottom of a smoothie maker.
  2. Add ginger, peanut butter, and flax/linseed.
  3. Bananas and blueberries go on top, followed by the milk.
  4. Blend.
  5. Enjoy! Go get 'em, tiger!'
