The Yale cocktail recipe is a classic drink made from gin, dry vermouth, maraschino liqueur and bitters, and served shaken in a chilled cocktail glass.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Gin
• 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
• 1/4 teaspoon Maraschino Liqueur
• 3-5 dashes Angostura Bitters

Directions

1. Shake all ingredients well with ice in a cocktail shaker.
2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and serve
