Directions

1. Open the watermelon by cutting a hat on top.
2. Scoop out the flesh with a spoon and blend the pieces to make a puree.
3. Collect the juice from the watermelon by straining it through a sieve.
4. Pierce the watermelon with an apple corer and install the cubicle tap.
5. If necessary, roll up some cellophane to seal the watermelon.
6. Put the vodka, brown sugar, lemon juice and watermelon juice inside and mix.
7. Serve and add a few mint leaves and ice cubes.
