Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 10 Units Clove
  • 5 stick Cinnamon
  • Orange and lemon peels
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Pear
  • 1 Liter Soft red wine
Vinho Quente

Directions

  1. Cut the pear and apple into cubes and place all the ingredients in a pan.
  2. Bring to the fire and boil for 10 minutes.
  3. Turn off and serve.
