Sloe Tom Collins
A slighty fruitier but very delicous take on a classic cocktail. A sparkling lemonade base with the added tartness of sloe/blackthorn berries.

- 1 ounce dry gin
- 1 ounce sloe gin
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup (optional to increase sweetness)
- 1 ounce lemon juice (about 1 lemon)
- Fresh rapsberries
- 3 ounces club soda (chilled)
- ice
- Optional: lemon slice as additional garnish

Directions
- Fill a shaker 1/2-2/3 with ice.
- Add lemon juice, both gins, and syrup (optional) into shaker.
- Shake thoroughly until cold.
- Pour contents of the shaker into collins glass with ice.
- Add rapsberries and garnish.
- Top with club soda
- Stir gently.
- Enjoy your creation!
