A slighty fruitier but very delicous take on a classic cocktail. A sparkling lemonade base with the added tartness of sloe/blackthorn berries.

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce dry gin
  • 1 ounce sloe gin
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup (optional to increase sweetness)
  • 1 ounce lemon juice (about 1 lemon)
  • Fresh rapsberries
  • 3 ounces club soda (chilled)
  • ice
  • Optional: lemon slice as additional garnish

Directions

  1. Fill a shaker 1/2-2/3 with ice.
  2. Add lemon juice, both gins, and syrup (optional) into shaker.
  3. Shake thoroughly until cold.
  4. Pour contents of the shaker into collins glass with ice.
  5. Add rapsberries and garnish.
  6. Top with club soda
  7. Stir gently.
  8. Enjoy your creation!
