- 2 cups Buttermilk
- 1 tsp Grated Ginger
- 2 Green Chilies, finely chopped
- 5 Curry Leaves
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 0.5 cup Water

Directions
- In a large bowl, add buttermilk and water, and whisk well until combined.
- Add grated ginger, finely chopped green chilies, curry leaves, and salt to the buttermilk mixture.
- Mix everything well and let it sit for about 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Strain the mixture into a serving jug or glasses.
- Serve chilled, garnished with a sprig of curry leaf if desired.
