Ingredients

  • 2 cups Buttermilk
  • 1 tsp Grated Ginger
  • 2 Green Chilies, finely chopped
  • 5 Curry Leaves
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 cup Water
Sambharam

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, add buttermilk and water, and whisk well until combined.
  2. Add grated ginger, finely chopped green chilies, curry leaves, and salt to the buttermilk mixture.
  3. Mix everything well and let it sit for about 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  4. Strain the mixture into a serving jug or glasses.
  5. Serve chilled, garnished with a sprig of curry leaf if desired.
