Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients

  • 1 medium sized piece Pumpkin
  • 1/2 table spoon grounded sweet cinammon
  • 1/2 table spoon grounded nutmeg
  • 1/2 table spoon grounded clove
  • 1/2 glass water
  • 1/2 glass sugar
Pumpkin Spice Latte

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
  2. Bake pumpkin slices 30 minutes
  3. Peel off skin from pumpkin
  4. Blend the pumpkin using fork
  5. In a pot stir the water with sugar until sugar will be mixed with water
  6. Add the pumkin and spices
  7. Stir for 5-7 mins.
  8. Remove from heat and immediately strain through cheesecloth.
  9. Once the tea is cooled, remove from the fridge.
  10. Heat and froth milk
  11. Brew the coffee in an espresso machine
  12. Place Homemade Pumpkin Spice Syrup into a mug, followed by hot espresso.
  13. Stir all together.
  14. Fill mug with heated frothed milk until ¾ full, then top with whipped cream.
  15. Sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice!
