- 2 oz blended Scotch whisky
- 1/4 oz Islay single malt Scotch whisky
- 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 oz honey syrup
- 3/4 oz ginger liqueur
- 3 slices fresh ginger

Directions
- Add the fresh ginger slices to a shaker and muddle gently to release the oils.
- Add the blended Scotch whisky, lemon juice, honey syrup, and ginger liqueur to the shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
- Double strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice.
- Float the Islay single malt Scotch on top by pouring it slowly over the back of a bar spoon.
- Garnish with a slice of fresh ginger and serve immediately.
