Ingredients

  • 6 mint leaves
  • 1 oz Simple syrup
  • 1 oz Lime
  • 5 or 6 oz rum
  • 2 Angostura bitters
  • 2 oz champagne

Directions

  1. Muddle the mint leaves with simple syrup and lime juice in a shaker.
  2. Add the rum, bitters and ice, and shake until well-chilled.
  3. Double-strain into a coupe glass.
  4. Top with champagne.
