This is a lighter variant of the classic Negroni. Spumante (italian sparkling white wine) replace Gin.

Ingredients

• 1/3 Spumante
• 1/3 Campari
• 1/3 Sweet Vermouth
• Orange peel

Directions

1. Pour all in a glass with ice cubes, mix with a bar spoon.
2. Garnish with an orange peel.
