Killer Cocktail

Amaretto and passion fruit dominate this bittersweet sour. Adapted from a recipe created by Tess Posthumus, Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 shot Disaronno amaretto
  • 1 shot Rutte Dry Gin
  • 1/3 shot Italian red bitter liqueur
  • 1/3 shot Passion fruit syrup
  • 1 shot Freshly squeezed lemon juice
Killer Cocktail

Directions

  1. Shake all intgredients with ice
  2. Strain into glass filled with crushed ice
  3. Garnish with lemon zest twist (cut like a shark fin) and 3 drops of Cranberry Bitters, as a bloody shark attack (or use grenadine)
