- 1 cup white rice, uncooked and washed
- 1 can (16 oz) condensed milk
- 1 can (16 oz) evaporated milk
- 2 liter water
- Sugar (to taste)
- Cinammon sticks (to taste)
- Ice (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Directions
- Put half a liter of water to heat in a pot. When it starts to boil, remove from the heat and add the rice. Let the rice soak for at least one hour.
- Put the rice in the blender together with the water in which it was soaked and blend until everything is finely ground. Transfer the mixture to a large pitcher.
- Add the condensed milk, the evaporated milk, the liter and a half of water, the sugar, the vanilla extract and the cinnamon. Stir until well incorporated.
- Serve over ice. If desired, sprinkle cinnamon powder.
