The Hanky-Panky is a cocktail made from gin, sweet vermouth, and Fernet-Branca. It was created by Ada Coleman, (known as "Coley"), head bartender at the Savoy Hotel, London.

Ingredients

• 45 ml London Dry Gin
• 45 ml Sweet Red Vermouth
• 7.5 ml Fernet Branca

Directions

1. Pour all ingredients into mixing glass with ice cubes.
2. Stir well.
3. Strain into chilled cocktail glass.
4. Garnish with organge zest
