- 1 piece fresh ginger
- 5 sprigs Mint
- 1 cup boiled water

Directions
- Finely slice the ginger into thin rounds/strips
- Strip the stems of the fresh mint
- In a saucepan or a water boiler, bring 1 cup of water to boil
- Pour the water into a cup, steep in the finely sliced ginger and sprigs of mint for 3-5 minutes
