Ingredients

  • ice
  • 2 dashes simple syrup
  • 2 ounces French Champagne
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1 ounce gin
French 75

Directions

  1. Combine gin, syrup and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled Champagne glass.
  3. Top up with Champagne and stir gently.
