A deliciously floral twist on the classic French 75

- 2 oz gin
- 1 oz elderflower liqueur
- 1 oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 2 oz champagne or prosecco
Directions
- Add ice, gin, elderflower liqueur and lemon juice to mixing glass and shake until combined and chilled.
- Strain mix into base of champagne flute or martini glass and top with champagne.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
