A New Orleans based cocktail, named after its sugary outside crust.

- 2 oz brandy
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 oz curaçao
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Maraschino liqueur
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 1 slice lemon
- 1 tablespoon sugar

Directions
- Rim a coupe glass with sugar and set aside.
- Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake.
- Strain into the prepared glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
- Freeze for five minutes, serve cold.
