Ingredients

  • 4 cl Light rum
  • 2 cl White vermouth
  • 1 cl Grenadine
  • 1 dash Lemon juice
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 1 or 2 Olives
Creole Cream

Directions

  1. Put rum, vermouth, grenadine and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker and stir with crushed ice.
  2. Pour into a martini glass.
  3. Add a dash of Angostura and one or two olives.
