- 75 cl Champagne
- 10 cl Cointreau
- 10 cl lime juice
- 10 cl sugar cane syrup

Directions
- Combine lime juice with the Cointreau and sugar in a very large bowl.
- Set aside in the fridge.
- Add the Champagne just before serving!
