Cinnamon hot cocktail (para el chachay de Ecuador)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Water
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 oz Lime juice
  • 4 sticks Cinnamon
  • 2 oz Orange juice
  • 3 oz Aguardiente or puntas(alcoholic drink from Ecuador)
Canelazo

Directions

  1. Bring the water, sugar, lime juice and cinnamon sticks to a boil.
  2. Turn off the heat, then add the orange juice and aguardiente or puntas.
  3. Serve in an glass or a coffe mug.
  4. And say salud!!.
