Caipirinha is a Cape Verdan cocktail prepared with black vodka, refined sugar, and lime. CA variation of the classic Caipirinha which uses a black vodka, to create a unique looking concoction.

Ingredients

• 50 ml black vodka
• 0,5 green lime
• 2 teaspoon refined sugar
• Ice cube

Directions

1. Place lime and sugar into Old-Fashioned glass and muddle.
2. Mash the two ingredients together using a muddler or a wooden spoon.
3. Fill the glass with crushed ice and add the Black Vodka.
