- 3/2 shot Spiced Rum
- 3/4 shot orange Curacao liqueur
- 1 shot lemon juice(freshly squeezed)
- 1/3 shot Sugar Syrup(2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup)
- 1/3 shot Pasteurized egg white
Directions
- Shake all the ingredients with ice.
- Fine strain back into shaker.
- Fine Starin (ie without ice).
- Fine strain into chilled glass.
