  • 1 1/2 ounces bourbon
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 cup light ginger beer, such as Fever-Tree Naturally Light
  • 1 fresh mint sprig
  • 1 lime slice
Bourbon Mule

Directions

  1. Combine bourbon and lime juice in a copper mug or highball glass.
  2. Fill cup with ice. Add ginger beer; stir gently to combine.
  3. Garnish with mint sprig and lime slice.
